What can I expect during a session?
We begin by identifying the knot. The tension that’s pulling you in two directions. The places you feel like you’re running in circles or looping over the same problems time and time again. Then, we look at the Threads. We use Tarot & Astrology to map your symbolic landscape and find your True North. We sit in the labyrinth of the paradox. You don’t need to solve anything yet, you just need to feel it. This is where we alchemize both truths to coexist. And we end with reflection and next steps.
Are your services a replacement for consulting a doctor, seeing a therapist, etc.?
NO. I am not a licensed medical professional and will encourage you to consult one as needed.
Are your services confidential?
Your story and your work are sacred. I operate “Sub Rosa,” or under the rose. Everything you share in a session with me is private. If you have concerns or experiences outside my scope of knowledge, expertise, or capabilities, I will help you find resources that fit your needs.
How should I prepare to work with you?
Know ahead of time what concerns, questions, or themes you want to explore together. There is space in the booking forms to share these with me. I may send additional emails to ask further questions to guide our sessions. Please ensure your booking form details are submitted at least 24 hours before your scheduled date.
Take time while booking, or the day of our work for a mindful or meditative practice. This gets you into a receptive state, opening your energy to deep transformation and healing.
