By accessing or using our website www.unstitchedmuse.com and our services, including Tarot readings, astrology consultations, and Reiki energy healing (collectively, the “Services”), whether in-person or online, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”).

1. Eligibility

2. Services Disclaimer

Our Services are intended to support personal growth, spiritual exploration, self-reflection, and educational purposes. Tarot, astrology, and Reiki are symbolic and complementary practices. Where required by applicable law, these Services are provided for entertainment purposes. They are not a substitute for professional advice from licensed medical, psychological, legal, or financial professionals.

  • Tarot Readings and Astrology Consultations: These practices should not replace your own judgment or the advice of qualified professionals when making medical, legal, financial, or mental health decisions.
  • Reiki Healing: While Reiki is a recognized complementary therapy, it is not a licensed medical practice under Colorado law and is not intended to diagnose, treat, or cure any medical condition.

3. Payment and Booking

  • All Services must be paid for in full at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed upon.
  • We accept major credit cards and other secure payment options through our website.
  • Missed or late appointments may be subject to a cancellation or rescheduling fee (see Section 4).
  • By booking a Service or communicating electronically with us, you consent to receive communications electronically regarding your appointments, purchases, and Services.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled session to receive a full refund.
  • No-shows or cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment are non-refundable.
  • In the rare event that we must cancel or reschedule, you will be offered a full refund or an alternative appointment time.
  • We are not responsible for delays or cancellations caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including severe weather, illness, internet outages, power failures, or other unforeseen circumstances.

5. Code of Conduct

We reserve the right to refuse or terminate Services to any individual who exhibits disrespectful, abusive, or inappropriate behavior toward our staff or other clients. Discrimination, harassment, or intimidation will not be tolerated.

6. Confidentiality

We respect your privacy and will make reasonable efforts to keep information shared during sessions private, except where:

  • Disclosure is required by law (e.g., risk of harm to self or others),
  • Necessary to protect against an imminent risk of harm,
  • You provide written consent to share information.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including but not limited to text, images, audio, video, and materials provided in sessions, is the property of Unstitched Muse LLC and protected under copyright laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, display, perform, modify, create derivative works, transmit, or in any way exploit any such content on a commercial basis, nor may you distribute any part of this content over any network or social media platform, sell or offer it for sale, or use such content to construct any kind of public database without direct written permission from the Unstitched Muse. 8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • We do not guarantee the accuracy or effectiveness of our Services. You acknowledge that any decisions you make based on information provided through our Services are made voluntarily and at your own discretion.

9. Colorado-Specific Disclosures

  • Reiki and intuitive services offered by the Unstitched Muse are complementary and alternative health services not licensed by the state.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Colorado. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Denver County, Colorado.
